A global healthcare technology leader located in Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking an individual for a support role in project management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in the maquiladora industry. Responsibilities include project support, monitoring status and budgets, and providing technical assistance. Candidates must have strong communication skills and experience with customs logistics operations. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.
Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.
Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
Gathers and compiles information for reports.
Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.
Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.
Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree
>= 2 years of experience in the maquiladora industry (Customs Department).
Conversational English – minimum 80% (mandatory).
Self‑directed and a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of RT, V1, AF, F4, A1.
Experience in invoicing / billing.
Knowledge of Carta Porte.
Excel and Word.
Experience with import and export customs entries (pedimentos).
Shipment coordination.
Knowledge of U.S. customs logistics operations.
Experience with Vastera (including Annex 24).
Knowledge of Annex 22 and 30.
