Una empresa de logística en crecimiento busca un Especialista en Operaciones y Apoyo que se encargue de gestionar la administración de las regulaciones de seguridad para conductores y seguir la logística y operaciones internas. No se requiere experiencia previa en logística, pero se requiere un nivel avanzado de inglés. Se ofrecen aumentos salariales y bonos de productividad en un puesto a tiempo completo con un horario de lunes a viernes.

Responsabilidades

• Resolver problemas a través de habilidades de comunicación.
• Auditar archivos e información de conductores.
• Gestionar protocolos y regulaciones de seguridad para conductores.
• Interpretar contratos y acuerdos de contratistas independientes.
• Interpretar contratos de seguros y políticas de cobertura.

The Operations & Support specialist is in charge of following up with our current drivers and managing the administration of the safety regulations needed within the organization.

Also follow up with the logistics and operations internally and other matters related to the safety department and the company.

• Advanced / professional proficiency English level.

Job Activities

• Problem solving through strong communication skills.
• File and information audits of truck drivers.
• Manage safety protocols & regulations for truck drivers.
• Interpretation and understanding of contracts and agreements of independent contractors.
• Interpretation and understanding of insurance contracts and coverage policies.
