The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields and over 3 years of experience in New Product Development. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, developing key documentation, and leading root cause analysis for projects. The role requires advanced skills in quality engineering and tools, with the opportunity for occasional international travel.

Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

General Objective

Ensure successful process and product validation of Milwaukee Tools through advanced quality engineering skills.

Knowledge And Experience

• More than 3 years of experience in New Product Development processes and transfer projects, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
• Technical conversation English level.
• Expertise in RCA methods as 8D and A3.
• Previous relevant experience with statistic data analysis and softwar (Minitab and Power Bi).
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Core Tools usage (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP).
• Experience with test plans development.
• Advanced experience in mechanical and electronics subjects.
• Ability for making decision based on data and proper risk assessment.
• Ability to travel 25% of time (international).

Activities

• Handle full quality validation process of complex and urgent transfer projects.
• Develop and validate key quality documents to ensure proper readiness of the projects (CP, QRS, etc).
• Lead teams for RCA of issues happened during QB using advanced skills of problem-solving methods.
• Communicate and escalation in a proper war any risk associated with quality issues during any project stage.
• Participate in continuous improvement and QMS topics.
