POSITION OVERVIEW

COMPENSATION : $4 - $7 per hour

WORKING HOURS

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, as follows :

  • Monday-Friday : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Houston Time
  • Zoom meetings required during working hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Communicate with investors and customers to address inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including meetings, training sessions, and company gatherings.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support team efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • A background in financial banking or accounting will be a plus point
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working remotely and capable of managing time efficiently
