This is a hybrid role combining direct sales (discovery, demos, closing) and partnership development (TPAs, benefits brokers, EORs like Deel). The focus is founder‑led selling into early‑ and growth‑stage startups.
>You will operate with high ownership, helping define and test go‑to‑market motions while directly contributing to revenue growth.Drive new revenue growth through direct outbound and inbound sales; develop and activate partnership channels that can resell or distribute Woliba; build repeatable sales and partnership motions as Woliba scales; position Woliba as a modern, AI‑powered wellbeing and People Ops platform with founders, operators, and HR leaders.
