A leading solar company is seeking an Account Executive to support their solar dealer network. This role involves managing dealer accounts, fostering relationships, and collaborating internally to ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of solar sales experience, is bilingual in Spanish and English, and possesses strong communication skills. Formación

Job Summary:

As an Account Executive, your role is to support our solar dealer network in selling our products. You'll ensure dealers have the needed resources and tools to succeed. We’re looking for someone with solar sales experience, strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Setup:
  • This is an independent contractor role.
  • Full remote setup – work from anywhere.
  • No statutory benefits provided as per contractor agreement (e.g., health insurance, social security)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain solar dealer accounts, ensuring that information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales dealers, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering open lines of communication. Develop a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide effective support and collaboration.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve concerns or complaints and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of sales training materials and product literature for our solar dealers.
  • Identify and resolve project issues that may delay deal progression.
  • Track projects that fall out of SLA and take timely action to realign timelines.
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software programs.
  • Organized, focused on deadlines and deliverables, self‑motivated.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of solar sales experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, sales, and/or customer service (open to strong candidates with at least 1 year).
  • Spanish bilingual – ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated understanding of solar sales and dealer/builder processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record‑keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Leadership experience (e.g., supervising or coordinating technicians) is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass pre‑screening requirements.
Pay:

MXN 30,000.00 - MXN 33,000.00 per month
