Job Opening: Technical Post-Sales

Link HR Professional Solutions is seeking a Technical Post-Sales professional for a manufacturing company that produces automation machines. The role is within the Service/Post-Sales Office for team expansion.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate qualified personnel interventions at customer sites to repair faults and/or plant downtimes.
  2. Oversee activities related to identifying, quoting (in agreement with management on spare parts margins), and supplying replacement parts for installed systems.
  3. Authorize and organize external interventions by qualified personnel.
  4. Authorize payments for external contractor interventions.
  5. Evaluate intervention costs from customer quote to final account.
  6. Manage direct relationships and negotiations with external suppliers for travel activities.
  7. Control and approve revamping or special offers before sending to clients.
  8. Improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards; gather customer feedback for business growth; prepare performance reports for customer service.
  9. Prepare meeting minutes after technician trips, collecting data and distributing information to relevant departments.
  10. Inform customers about warranty periods and monitor expiry dates.
Requirements:
  • Technical diploma or degree in engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; potential or senior profiles with structured experience are also considered.
  • Good command of English.
  • Teamwork skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Organizational and planning abilities.
