Job Opportunity: Technical Post-Sales Specialist

Link HR Professional Solutions is seeking a Technical Post-Sales Specialist for a manufacturing company that produces automation machines. The role is within the Service/Post-Sales department to strengthen the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate qualified personnel interventions at customer sites for repairs and plant stoppages;
  • Coordinate activities related to identifying, quoting (in agreement with management on spare parts margins), and supplying spare parts essential for the operation of installed plants;
  • Authorize and organize external interventions by qualified personnel;
  • Authorize payments for external service providers;
  • Evaluate intervention costs from the initial quote to the final account;
  • Manage relationships and negotiate with external suppliers for travel activities;
  • Control and approve revamping or special offers before submission to clients;
  • Improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards; collect customer feedback to generate useful data for company growth and prepare performance reports;
  • Prepare meeting minutes after technician trips, collecting data and distributing information to relevant departments;
  • Inform customers about warranty periods and monitor expiration dates.
Requirements:
  • Technical diploma or degree in engineering or related fields;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; potential or senior candidates with structured experience are also considered;
  • Good command of English;
  • Teamwork skills and problem-solving attitude;
  • Organizational and planning skills.
