- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients across Brazil, the USA, and Canada.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct personalized platform training sessions and business process alignment workshops.
- Understand each client’s goals and ensure they’re set up for success with tailored onboarding roadmaps.
- Monitor engagement metrics and proactively address adoption gaps.
- Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Support renewal and expansion processes through strategic account planning.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate impact and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimize the customer experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success and onboarding frameworks.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years in customer success, onboarding, or account management within SaaS or tech environments.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
- Proven success working with clients in Brazil, the US, and/or Canada.
- Background in HR tech, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS is advantageous.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Ability to deliver virtual workshops, training, and presentations clearly and confidently.
- Strong project management skills—organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Culturally agile, comfortable working across time zones and remote teams.
- Data-savvy, capable of interpreting customer data, usage trends, and success metrics.
- Tech-friendly, familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Bonus: Knowledge or eagerness to learn Python and SQL for data analysis and automation.
