Selection communication & design is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionery company and maker of global product brands.

We are currently seeking a junior Designer for our Design Department based in Milan.

• Work with the Creative Team to develop innovative concepts and designs,
• Create design ideas,
• Participate actively in strategic planning and conceptual brainstorming,
• Manage "creative proposals" including logos and other visuals,
• Present concepts and ideas to the Design Team

• Bachelor's Degree
• Portfolio
• Good command of English
• Experience working with graphics software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Exhibit flexibility to work both independently and in a team
• Creative thinking and design skills
• Good communication skills
• Artistic knowledge and background in Design theory
• At least 1 year of experience in the role
