Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer for a company that manufactures and sells electric motors for industrial automation.

The ideal candidate will join the Technical Office, composed of Senior Designers, and report to the Technical Director. Responsibilities include developing new electric motors within R&D, focusing on design, prototyping, testing/validation, industrialization in compliance with project requirements, product optimization, and cost containment.

Requirements include:

• Knowledge of FEM design software tools (Altair - FLUX);
• Knowledge of 3D (Inventor) and 2D (Autocad Mechanical) drawing tools;
• Good understanding of mechanical drawing and design;
• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies (machining, casting, etc.);
• English language skills are a plus;
• Contract type: Permanent, under the Metalworkers' Collective Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
