- Gathering and screening sales leads from online and offline partners.
- Providing potential customers with information about residential solar and energy storage products and demonstrating our product portfolio.
- Assessing customer needs for solar and energy storage solutions and recommending suitable packaged options within our product range.
- Preparing or reviewing installation designs and grid connection applications for customers.
- Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, shipping details, and information on tax credits, incentives, loans, and financing options.
- Previous experience as a roofing, residential solar, or energy storage sales consultant or account manager.
- In-depth knowledge of solar equipment and installation processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information in layman's terms.
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours.
