Senior Python Developer (Django) – Remote | B2B Contract | High-Impact Global Project

This is a long-term remote opportunity where you’ll collaborate with an experienced international team and contribute to meaningful, high-visibility projects used by millions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust backend services using Python/Django
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Ensure code is scalable, secure, and performant
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Strong expertise in Python/Django
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Available to work during Central Time business hours
• Legally eligible to work as a B2B contractor

Bonus Points

• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Experience with React
