Job summary
A global training agency is looking for an Entry Level Program Manager to support the training team by managing projects for Online Training Programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a digital mindset. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining customer relationships. Experience with project management tools like Monday and PowerBI is a plus. This is a full-time position based in Italy with a focus on innovative training solutions.
Qualifications
- Manage projects, timelines and deliverables for Online Training Projects.
- Support training team and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze data and Training KPI through dedicated dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage project planning and execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of training content and tools.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
