A support services company is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to provide exceptional customer support in a multilingual environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German (C2) and English, have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, and strong problem-solving skills. What you will do
  • Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls and chats
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Document customer interactions
  • Improve customer support processes and procedures
  • Maintain high level of product knowledge
  • Stay up to date with the product updates and changes
What you need to succeed in this role
  • Excellent German (C2) and English is a must (both spoken and written)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support in fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to details
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
