Your background: A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Your experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Your know-how: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), plus digital platforms and social media.

Think strategically and act effectively: Manage the marketing budget, optimize investments, and monitor ROI.
Boost e-commerce: Oversee the Amazon channel (WORX) and ensure optimal visibility and performance.
Bring events to life: Organize trade shows, demo tours, events, and product launches to showcase the brand.
Drive communication: Coordinate agencies, manage social media and influencer marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging.
Collaborate internationally: Work closely with HQ and global teams, translating and adapting materials for the Italian market.
Create engaging content: Develop brochures, catalogs, product sheets, videos, and digital assets that captivate audiences.
Support sales: Design presentations, training materials, and tools for the sales team and retailers.
Stay on top of the market: Monitor competitors, trends, and consumer insights, turning them into actionable strategies.
Shape PR: Develop PR strategies and write articles for industry magazines and media outlets.
Manage digital channels: Handle newsletters and DEM campaigns via MailUp and support CRM strategies (HubSpot is a plus).
Promote across channels: Support promotions in mass retail, e-commerce, and traditional sales.
Hands-on execution: Take on small graphic design projects (Canva, Adobe) when needed.
