We are seeking a talented and motivated Operation Project Leader to join our growing organization. This role requires self-motivation, creativity, and proactivity to succeed in a dynamic environment involving multiple platforms, technologies, and work settings. Based at our HQ in Cesena, Italy, you will work with the Operation Department and a cross-functional team to manage new strategic projects aimed at expanding and strengthening our international manufacturing footprint.
Your main responsibilities include managing project schedules, resource allocation, coordinating manufacturing layout activities, and integrating new manufacturing technologies and processes. You will oversee the phase-in of new products according to the overall planning and collaborate with R&D, T&M, QA, and other departments to optimize and monitor production processes, cycles, quality, and standards. This is an international role requiring willingness to travel and stay abroad temporarily.
