Senior Infrastructure Engineer — Remote Europe (Automation)
Job summary
A leading CDN provider is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and shape their global infrastructure. In this remote role, you will handle large-scale, multi-regional Linux infrastructures, automating setups, and ensuring reliability across a network of 120+ points of presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills, experience with core internet services, and a passion for automation. You will help enhance deployment speed and system performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications
- Proven experience running large-scale, multi-regional Linux-based hybrid infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of core internet building blocks like DNS, HTTP, and TLS.
- Experience running SQL / NoSQL databases like MariaDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, or Cassandra.
Responsibilities
- Run and expand our hybrid infrastructure across 120+ PoPs.
- Automate server setup processes to reduce toil.
- Collaborate across teams to support new features with infrastructure expertise.
