You will be responsible for leading the team, meeting KPIs, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within fashion or luxury sales, alongside strong business acumen and communication skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on meeting customer expectations and developing team performance.

Competenze

• 5 years' experience in a Supervisor role in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
• Fluency in English; a third language is a plus.
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
