Your day at NTT DATA

The Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L2) is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA). This role performs configurations, action installations and attends to break/fix events.

What you'll be doing

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technical Specialist dedicated to IT infrastructure support. Manages and operates on IT systems, monitoring them and improving their performance, solving medium complexity problems to ensure defined service levels.
• Staging of equipment and infrastructure start-up.
• Physical installation and basic and advanced configuration.
• Migrations or commissioning of medium complexity infrastructures.
• Functional testing and hands-on support to more senior specialists.
• On-site engineer at the customer for MACD activities and 2nd level troubleshooting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

• The specialized expertise allows us to deploy medium-low complexity infrastructures and solutions and to assist the customer in maintenance and change management activities.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Has advanced certifications from the main reference vendors accompanied by field experience as a delivery engineer.
• Knows advanced commands and the procedures to be applied to systems and/or equipment.

Required Experience:

• Has more than 3 years of experience as an engineer.
• Experience in working in a highly ITIL oriented and guided environment.
