FICEP SPA, a leading company in the engineering sector, is seeking personnel to join its after-sales service organization.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Service Technician provides on-site support to customers for the installation, repair, and maintenance of machines and systems sold both in Italy and abroad.

Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills are required, along with a willingness to travel.

• Technical diploma (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic) or similar qualification
• At least 3/5 years of experience in technical assistance, preferably in companies manufacturing machine tools or complex systems
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical hydraulic components
• Knowledge of main measuring instruments and drive parameterization

• Knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Siemens and Fanuc packages is advantageous
• Organizational and methodological skills, problem-solving aptitude, and good interpersonal and communication skills

Working hours: Full Time
