We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to elevate the quality, reliability, and maintainability of our SaaS ecosystem of NodeJS Microservices and React Web Applications. You'll work on test strategies, guidelines, and implementations, and monitor their effectiveness. You will contribute ideas, process improvements, and new frameworks to ensure continuous quality enhancements, acting as a quality guardian across multiple projects and domains. As a QA engineer, you'll also perform code reviews, identify dark spots, plan tasks and projects, estimate workloads, and provide guidance.

You'll work closely with Engineering Leadership, Product Managers, and Engineers to improve the quality and reliability of our applications.

• Be an excellent communicator and mediator
• Have expert knowledge of TypeScript, NodeJS services, and React applications
• Be familiar with common testing frameworks and best practices
• Have a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and SAST/DAST tooling
• Possess a strong desire to raise the quality standards

Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Jest, SonarQube, DataDog, and GraphQL is a plus.

• Ensure reliability of high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
• Optimize and expand existing test suites and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate on test strategies and automation for continuous acceptance validation
• Write efficient and maintainable end-to-end, integration, and unit tests
• Conduct code reviews focusing on test coverage, quality, and efficiency
• Identify dark spots and refine test strategies accordingly
• Manage SAST/DAST tooling and establish quality standards across projects
• Continuously improve code quality and raise the quality bar

• 5+ years of professional experience in software automation
• High proficiency in NodeJS with TypeScript
• Expertise in writing tests with Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or Vitest
• Experience creating test strategies and proof of concepts
• Experience working with AWS
• Knowledge of SAST/DAST tools like SonarQube and error tracking solutions such as DataDog
• Ability to write efficient, reliable, and maintainable tests
• Experience conducting constructive code reviews
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• React and NestJS experience in a GraphQL microservice ecosystem (nice to have)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes (nice to have)
• Experience with AI tools such as Junie or Cursor (nice to have)
