We are seeking a skilled Business Controller to join our Finance Team. As a key partner, you will provide guidance, insights, and analysis to support decision making and achieve business targets.

The primary mission of this role is to assist in the analysis and control of costs and forecasts, collecting data about Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance for the Italian Channel.

• Develop accurate, timely, and reliable business reports to support retail analysis and drive retail decisions;
• Analyze the Italian market to provide a comprehensive overview of the business;
• Forecast sales targets, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business;
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for incentive systems, rewards, and labor costs;
• Collaborate with the Retail Department to provide relevant financial information to support strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent field;
• 3-4 years of experience in a Planning & Control Department;
• Excellent English language skills;
• Familiarity with SAP, Targetik, and Power BI is an advantage;
• Retail experience is beneficial;
• Strong motivation, passion for the job, leadership skills, and results-driven approach.
