The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Lifestyle Bartender.

The Bartender will report to the Bar Manager and will join a team of passionate professionals.

Seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour work week, 5 days, 2 days off).

The impact you’ll make

You are a creative mixologist attentive to new beverage trends. Behind the bar, you create a welcoming and vibrant energy, offering guests a diverse, seasonal menu, engaging conversation, and helpful suggestions. Your enthusiasm makes guests look forward to relaxing with you after a long day.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests, attend to tables and bar patrons
• Prepare cocktails according to recipes, serve wine/champagne, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Prepare garnishes and appetizers
• Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
• Process payments and complete cashier reports
• Follow SOPs and brand guidelines

What we’re looking for

• Excellent storytelling skills in English
• Previous luxury bartending experience is a plus
• Reliability, motivation, positive attitude, and outgoing personality
• Passion for luxury bartending

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in uniform. Safety training and certification are required prior to employment.
