Il candidato si occuperà della definizione e gestione dei livelli di inventario dei materiali e della pianificazione delle attività di garanzia. È fondamentale avere esperienza nella Supply Chain, conoscenza di SAP e buone doti relazionali. Competenze

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza nel settore della Supply Chain.
• Conoscenza di sistemi informativi per la gestione dei materiali, in particolare SAP.
• Capacità di analizzare e migliorare le strategie di pianificazione.

Mansioni

• Definire e attuare strategie di pianificazione e inventario dei materiali.
• Garantire la disponibilità dei materiali attraverso la pianificazione adeguata.
• Migliorare le performance di fornitura e gestione dell'inventario.

Conoscenza avanzata di SAP

Competenze in Microsoft Excel

Abilità nell'estrazione e manipolazione dei dati

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Purpose of the job

In PI Logistic specialist management role, you are in charge of defining and controlling adequate inventory level of materials and the management of Warranty projects\' requests, in order to fulfil Warranty Operations requirements while minimizing cash immobilization.

Main responsibilities

• Define and execute the Services Material planning and Inventory strategy according to customers’ Warranty obligations and internal constraints;
• Guarantee material availability through appropriate needs scheduling and follow-up;
• Improve Services performance in term of materials\' availability and inventory management
• Interface with all internal and external functions to grant that repair orders would be managed and processed withing the targeted time

• Define the order-reorder strategy to optimize the inventory coverage reducing the stock-out occurrences;
• Set parts categories (based on ABC, variability, business type...ect) for defining planning strategy and stock replenishment;

• Manage shipment\'s requests, both from Central Warehouse to Customers, both from Customers to Repair centres, according to Alstom procedures
• Assure the full traceability of broken parts, to be repaired, within the company SAP system

• Support and follow-up the warehouse people, providing all info required, in order to guarantee that all materials will be shipped / delivered to Customers according to maintenance priorities;
• Provide to sourcing department the forecast of the material needs and the list of priorities in terms of source of supplying to be according to the contracts;
• Define and implement action plans and improvements in the planning process;

• Define and set-up ERP parameters to implement material planning strategies and ensure the data accuracy on SAP
• Improve of the specific tools used for planning, based on the historical data and according to the customers plan;
• Analyse Inventory content for correcting planning strategies;
• Define, implement and manage improvement plans in regard of Inventory reduction;

Measure performance in Supply Chain processes and create reports for analysis.

Key skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP and other informative systems to manage materials
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability in data extracting and manipulation
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Experience in Supply Chain (almost 2 years)
