We are looking for a committed and eager-to-learn working student who is interested in tenancy law and wants to gain practical experience in a renowned global real estate company to join our Legal Real Estate team as soon as possible. In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the legal aspects of real estate and apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies in practice.

Your Responsibilities

• Tenant Dispute Support: Assist in the legal review of tenancy-related disputes and manage correspondence with tenants and legal representatives.
• Legal Research: Conduct research on legal topics and assist in preparing reports and presentations for the legal team.
• Contract Management: Support in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and other legal documents.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain legal records and documentation.
• Communication: Liaise with internal departments, external lawyers, and public authorities to exchange information and handle legal inquiries.
• Court Support: Assist in preparing documents for legal proceedings and hearings.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Your Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Law or a related field with availability to support us for at least 20 hours per week.
• Ability to understand and process complex legal information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluent German is a plus.
• Proactive and capable of managing tasks independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software is a plus.
