Customer Support Representative

Remote in Portugal

Market: Italian - Speaking
Your Main Responsibilities

As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will:

  • Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
  • Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
  • Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
  • Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
  • Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
  • Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
Whats Offered
  • Salary: Up to 1,000 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
  • Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option

Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months

Rent: 280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip)

Working Conditions
  • 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
  • 22 vacation days per year
  • If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
