A leading recruitment agency in Italy is seeking a Shoes Product & Project Developer to oversee the production of ultra-luxury women's footwear, mainly high-heeled sandals. The role demands a proven network with luxury manufacturers, deep knowledge of footwear production processes, and fluency in Italian and English. You will be responsible for coordinating all stages of manufacturing, from sourcing materials to managing post-production processes. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury footwear development and display excellent relationship management skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in development and manufacturing of luxury footwear.
• Experience in high-heeled sandals design and production.
• Mastery of manual techniques such as cutting and stitching.
