About the role
Reporting to the EMEA General Manager and dot line to the EMEA Account Executive, the Wholesale Assistant will support showroom and sample management, VM / training and administration related to business development.
Key focus is supporting showroom management, uploading sales orders and daily communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Creating and presenting training materials to the stores.
- Overseeing the VM and liaising with the management on product assortment.
- Reviewing weekly trade.
- Assisting the account manager to organise market dates for each season and planning customer appointments.
- Assisting with sample management before each market (samples to send to our global showrooms).
- Assisting the account manager to put together a photo pack and send to customers detailing trend and product information.
- Being present in sales appointments in showroom, meeting clients and helping with product presentation.
- Chasing customers for orders, reviewing and processing their buy.
- Check and save orders, put on the order log and collate a sales figures analysis sheet.
- Assisting the account manager with customer’s sales figures information.
- Liaising with customers on a regular basis for queries.
- Having regular meetings with wholesale merchandising and logistics teams to ensure no delivery issues.
- Assisting in liaising with press and marketing for new account openings and regular contact with existing accounts.
- Creating databases for press and marketing to maximise coverage of styles bought.
- Creating weekly communications pack covering retail sales info, messages to customers, new sales opportunities and press edits.
- Completing all admin required for customers: product attributes, EANs, POCs, online product forms etc.
- Management of samples for all customers: ordered and ready for deadlines.
- Communicating product changes to ensure up‑to‑date information.
- Supporting concession business in France with product reorders and returns to secure correct product flow.
- Supporting online concession business with product upload.
- Supporting daily organisation and management of showroom.

Requirements
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Previous admin experience.
- Proficient on Excel.
- Wholesale/retail experience preferred.
- Proactive and positive.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hardworking and fast learner.
- Strong organization and administrative skills.
- Team player.
