Staff Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team at a prestigious residential and hospitality destination in the heart of Tuscany.

The role requires punctuality, a friendly and professional demeanor, effective logistics management to meet community needs, and a strong commitment to adhering to road regulations and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities :

• Provide courteous, professional, and personalized transportation service primarily to staff, and when required also to members and guests
• Accommodate passenger needs, ensuring comfort and a pleasant journey
• Maintain a respectful and discreet attitude in all interactions with staff, members, and guests

Requirements :

Valid Italian driving license category KB (mandatory for passengers' transport)

Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in hospitality or estate environments

Strong educational background, providing a solid foundation for the role

Fluency in Italian with good conversational English to communicate effectively with international staff and members
