A leading healthcare technology firm in Milan is seeking a Group Treasury Senior Specialist. The successful candidate will manage financial risks, focusing on Treasury analytics and reporting. Essential qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance and at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury. The role requires advanced Excel skills and fluency in English and Italian. This position offers a hybrid work model with occasional travel.

What you’ll achieve

As the Group Treasury Senior Specialist, you will become part of the Group Treasury Team, focusing on Treasury analytics, risk & reporting. Playing a key role in managing financial risk for Dedalus and in providing senior management with clear visibility into Treasury data.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 5 years of previous experience in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Advisory within an international environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tagetik and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields (mandatory) – laurea Magistrale
• Post-graduate specialization in Finance, Treasury or Risk Management preferred
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Based in Milan, working on hybrid modality and available to occasional business trips abroad
• French and German are a plus
