A multinational consumer goods company in Rome is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to develop strategies for category growth. The role includes managing P&L, executing Below The Line activities, and conducting market analyses. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The position requires strong analytical skills and fluent English. Flexible hybrid work model is offered.

The essence of this role is to develop a holistic view of the category and how our brands can lead category growth and pursue their purpose.**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE*** Developing category vision and action plan to lead the category growth (not only for U brands);* Achieving Unilever financial targets, with ownership of Profit & Loss management and forecasting;* Building an effective and holistic Below The Line activity plan;* Responsibility for sell out performances and market analysis;* Setting sales conditions and trade investment.**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED****Experiences & Qualifications*** At least 2 years of experience in Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy Planning or Marketing role.* Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Studies or Science.
