What you will do

We are looking for a professional able to lead trade and retail marketing strategy for the TV category within the Italian market, where innovation and brand experience come together inside the store.

  • Trade strategy by TV category: define and implement retail marketing plans consistent with brand strategy and commercial needs.
  • Product go-to-market: plan and manage key activations related to TV launches (in-store, digital media retail, promotions, and bundles).
  • Visual merchandising & display: design and coordinate POP materials, displays, and premium solutions to enhance the brand at the point of sale.
  • Digital retail & omnichannel: activate digital campaigns, partner CRM, and e-retail content in collaboration with the Brand and Media teams.
  • Customer & network management: build strong relationships with retail partners and distributors, coordinating the brand's presence at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Analysis & KPIs: monitor sell-out, share, promotions, and competitor activities, generating insights for Marketing and Sales.
  • Budget & ROI management: allocate and optimize the trade budget dedicated to the TV category, ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of activities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work across Brand, Sales, Media/PR and HQ to ensure strategic coherence and maximisation of investments.
What you need to succeed
Must have

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or related field) and in Economics.

Professional experience: 7+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or brand activation, ideally in consumer electronics, tech or retail sectors.

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and performance orientation.
