Trade Marketing Manager Estero

Location: Florence

The Role

The Trade Marketing Manager Estero will be part of a rapidly evolving digital and organizational context. The goal is to attract professionals capable of bringing new skills, vision, and operational capabilities to sales channels, integrating innovative approaches and tools already established in advanced sectors of food & beverage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define, plan, and implement trade marketing strategies for the foreign market, overseeing online and offline channels, with particular attention to:
  • Mass market promotions and in-store activities
  • Management of canvass and visibility materials at points of sale
  • Loyalty programs, events, and commercial activations
  • Support the development of the B2B channel with increasing focus on digital

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing trade marketing activities
  • Knowledge of dynamic B2B online/offline channels
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with digital tools
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in teams and cross-functional environments
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and strong results orientation
  • Sensitivity to data and analytical skills
