Overview

The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Welcome Services Coordinator, based at The Mall Firenze (FI), Italy, and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

How you will contribute
  • Supervise daily operations and provide feedback to every member of the team, in order to deliver an excellent customer service
  • Manage planning, shifts and holidays of the Welcome Lounge team
  • Ensure every member of the team maintains adequate standards of grooming and acts accordingly to company policies, contributing to the creation of a positive work environment
  • Manage staff uniforms and IT equipment
  • Manage talent performance and conduct one‑to‑one meetings according to HR guidelines
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the services already available and promote the development of new ones in order to enrich the customer experience
  • Act as the touch‑point for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, welcoming them and acting as personal shopper on request
  • Track individual travelers and groups, using The Mall Luxury Outlets digital tools
  • Ensure that client requests received via email and phone are promptly followed up, liaising with Tourism Marketing Team
  • Liaise with TMLO partners to ensure the best services standards are met
  • Monitor In‑Mall image and its consistency with TMLO guidelines, updating the Marketing team on a periodic basis
  • Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to the storytelling of merchandising and tracking sales and client feedback
  • Contribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption
Who you are
  • Passionate about luxury hospitality
  • An organized, yet flexible multi‑tasking person
  • A team leader with at least 4 years of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment, capable of managing a big team
  • A professional with proven relational skills
  • A fluent English and Italian speaker – any additional language will be considered a plus
  • A team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goals
  • A proactive person, with a positive approach
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite
