A leading technology company in Arcevia is seeking a Testing & Validation Electronics Engineer. You will coordinate software testing teams to ensure the quality of electronic systems for thermal comfort products. The ideal candidate has a Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. This role offers a hybrid work model with two days of SmartWorking per week.

Competenze

• 2/3 years of experience in Testing and Validation of electronic systems.
• Expertise in software quality and software testing.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.

Overview

As Testing&Validation Electronics Engineer, you will be in charge of the verification and validation of electronic systems applied to thermal comfort products.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Coordinate a team of software test engineers to evaluate embedded software designs in terms of reviews and testing activities
• Define efforts and resources, and consequently define, monitor and update schedules of testing tasks, to meet the projects’ deadlines
• Define and update software test methods and related metrics, software test plans for electronic controls and HMIs of heating products
• Perform review activities on software requirements, test cases, test scripts
• Analyse, discuss and report the results obtained by the test team
• Support the spread of test automation features in Ariston software design process
• Cooperate with other team members to perform critical analysis for new products’ design and to improve products’ performance

Candidate profile

• Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
• Previous experience (2/3 years) in Testing and Validation of electronic systems
• Expertise in software quality and software testing
• Familiarity in python programming language and graphic HMIs testing
• ISTQB certification, knowledge of HMIs test automation frameworks, or Jenkins and RobotFramework are a plus
• Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines
• Problem solving and team working
• Fluent English
