Position

Test Development Engineer (DHC Backend), Assago-Milan

Responsibilities
  • Develop and debug software for high-performance measurements and best-in-class test coverage solutions
  • Develop high-performance PCBs for Final Test and Wafer Probe
  • Support the development of High-Performance Test solutions to allow first Silicon verification, Characterization, Qualifications, and Release to the Manufacturing Test Site
  • Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT), Built-In-Self-Test (BIST) definitions and development to support reduction in Full Factory Cost (FFC) and improved testability
  • Work within a multi-disciplined project team
  • Learn basics of SystemVerilog to implement simulation pre-silicon for future implemented tests
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree with significant Electronic engineering or equivalent
  • Sound practical knowledge of analogue and digital electronics and initiative in identifying and solving technical problems in a team environment
  • Knowledge of software languages, ideally C/C++, bash/Perl/Python scripting
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good English comprehension
