Overview

Description

For our Business Unit Transformers based in Monselice we are looking for a Quality Control Specialist who will perform factory acceptance tests.

Responsibilities

• Physical preparation of the unit in test according to company procedures.
• Test execution, results analysis and validation, report preparation.
• Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Similar activities could be performed also at site before transformer energization (in Italy and Europe).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in testing; experience on transformers is a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the electrical industry.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
