A leading hospitality service in Italy is looking for a Maintenance Employee to handle ordinary maintenance of hotel facilities, including electric and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate must possess great knowledge of the Italian language, excellent manual skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role requires dedication to customer satisfaction and the capacity to work in a team while managing various tasks effectively. Flexibility for shifts 24/7 is essential.

Competenze

Primary Job Functions

1. To take care of ordinary maintenance according to the schedule
2. To check on a daily/weekly/monthly basis the checklists
3. To clean the filters for the air conditioning system
4. To care and maintenance of all hotel facilities (electric, hydraulic, conditioning)
5. To manage hotel suppliers
6. To manage hotel warehouses
7. To manage the ordinary maintenance (i.e.: to provide the necessary assistance for any problems that might arise in the rooms such as to replace a bulb, to fix the furniture, the washbasins (etc) and make it impeccable for the customers and to grant any help requests from the hotel staff).
