What You’ll Do

Our Technology Modernization team provides independent expertise that enables executives to unlock value from technology and enhance business performance. We deliver rapid and sustainable impact across transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on modernization and strategic enablement. Key areas include :

  • Defining technology strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals and value creation
  • Rapid diagnostics and deep‑down assessments to identify performance gaps and root causes
  • Platform modernization, including legacy tech‑debt assessment, re‑platforming strategies, and program recovery
  • Business process modernization leveraging innovative technologies (e.g., automation, AI agents)
  • Operating model design and transformation to enable scalable, product‑oriented delivery
  • Technology cost optimization and transparency through benchmarking and spend analysis
  • Technology due diligence, carve‑out, and post‑merger integration planning and execution
  • Complex program assurance and turnaround for high‑stakes digital transformations

What You’ll Need
  • Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics); MBA is a plus
  • 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting or IT operations
  • Ideally, a mix of consulting and industry experience, with the ability to deliver small projects or manage multiple workstreams within larger programs
  • Practical IT knowledge in one or more areas: software delivery, IT infrastructure and operations, solutions architecture, IT governance (audit, risk, compliance, security), and / or IT project management
  • Experience implementing projects in diverse environments using various methodologies and frameworks
  • Strong personal interest in technology and digital trends, staying current on industry developments
  • Passion for driving IT effectiveness and enabling clients to achieve business objectives
  • Confidence in collaborating with clients and stakeholders, building relationships, influencing, and advising decision‑makers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage at CXO and senior levels
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strong financial literacy
  • Knowledge or experience in M&A contexts is an advantage
  • Ability and willingness to travel across EMEA and work outside standard business hours when required
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (office + remote) and dynamic environments
