In this role, you will be the technical contact for the regional Aftersales Department, responsible for monitoring and coordinating feedback from the network to ensure quality and responsiveness. You will work closely with Dealers to enhance understanding of incidents and ensure the quality of all communicated information. • Coordinate Swift Dealers regarding feedback.
• Filter and ensure the quality of DID.
• Ensure quality and translation of safety feedback before validation.
