A financial services firm based in Milan is seeking an Accounting & Tax Specialist to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of Italian accounting principles and tax regulations. Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in structured environments or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Ensure accurate general ledger accounting in compliance with national and international standards.
• Manage periodic tax obligations like VAT and corporate income taxes.
• Support the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure proper application of tax regulations.

Conoscenze

In-depth knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC)

Strong understanding of Italian tax regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Good communication skills

Analytical skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Fluency in Italian

Knowledge of English

Formazione
