The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of HR experience, a Master's degree, and strong project management and analytical skills. This role involves managing performance appraisals, conducting career interviews, and developing learning programs to enhance organizational performance. Proficiency in both Italian and English is essential, as is a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Competenze

• At least 7 years experience in a HR role, preferably in recruiting/talent development.
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail required.
• Flexibility and proactivity in adapting to change.

Mansioni

• Support in designing and implementing leadership development programs.
• Manage the Performance Appraisal process and Performance Improvement Plans.
• Conduct Career Interviews and ensure data quality of the talent management system.
