A leading healthcare solution firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across European and US offices. Candidates must have over 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in life sciences or tech, and be fluent in English. The role offers remote working opportunities but candidates must be based in Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, or Veneto. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in ATS platforms.
