Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

📍 Pero (Milan area) | ⏳Fixed-term contract – 12 months

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our headquarters in Pero. In this role, you will manage recruitment activities across Northern Italy and become part of our international Talent Acquisition team for Italy & Iberica.

Your role at KONE

• Responsibility for all recruiting processes within your area of responsibility, with a focus on our technical staff in the branches.
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle: from creating requirement profiles and conducting virtual and face‑to‑face interviews to the final negotiation of employment contracts.
• Identifying the optimal search strategy using social media and other online channels, including actively approaching candidates in collaboration with our sourcing team in Bratislava.
• Using personality tests and assessments to aid decision‑making.
• Ensuring an applicant‑oriented recruitment process with our Workday applicant management system in line with our talent acquisition strategy.
• Sharing best practices and working on projects with other colleagues in the People & Communications teams.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, either in an industrial/technical environment or in HR consulting or recruitment agencies.
• A proactive, business‑oriented mindset with a strong candidate focus.
• A relevant university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with competency‑based interviews and assessment methods.
• Proven ability to source and approach candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn.
• English language proficiency.
