Apply now for the position of SWE Solution Implementation Engineer, this is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for travel, working in team and with high technology.

The position offers flexible working arrangements with frequent travel to our Milan office and abroad.

Your role:
  • During the implementation phase of our projects, you will respond to the most difficult instrument problems, provide onsite installation support within the SWE region (Southwest Europe) and service reps on corrective and preventative measures on Automation solution.
  • You will deliver standardized Service Trainings for APTIO Automation Systems in English language for international customer service engineers or any other appropriate target groups.
  • You will act as a Technical Project Manager coordinating Automation installation activity in SWE.
  • You will support activities to prevent problems (knowledge sharing, proactive management of mandatory retrofits / implementation modifications, hosting Best Practice & Technical Exchange & Focus meetings, etc.)
Your expertise:
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Bio-medical or any other comparable technical education would be a preference.
  • An excellent technical understanding of in-vitro Healthcare Diagnostics.
  • Working experience in the in-vitro Diagnostics industry, preferably with but not limited to Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics Automation, would be an advantage.
  • You have sound analytical, technical and problem- solving skills.
  • You show communicative and team-related behavior as well as initiative and clear customer focus.
  • You are a team player and have first leadership skills.
  • You have strong customer service skills and strong written and communication skills.
  • You are able to multitask and prioritize a variety of concurrent activities.
  • From 70% to 85% of travel is required.
  • You enjoy working in an international team and context.
