Support for Connection Process Management (m/f/n)
  • You support the Process Owner in the daily management and development of the applications related to the connection process and act as the main point of contact for all process-related questions
  • You contribute to the digitalisation and optimisation of the process while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • You continuously update the process by drafting clear guides, manuals and descriptions for regional centres and stakeholders
  • You ensure end-to-end quality monitoring of the process, from the customer’s request to the closure of the case
  • You collaborate with regional centres to identify needs and potential improvements
  • You monitor and share key performance indicators (KPIs) and support users during process or application updates

Your profile

  • You hold a technician diploma or equivalent in electrical engineering and/or renewable energy
  • An initial experience in process management or operational follow-up, ideally in the energy sector, is considered an advantage.
  • Rigorous and well‑organised, you are recognised for your strong writing skills.
  • You are team‑oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
  • You are proficient in Luxembourgish, French and German; fluency in English is considered an asset.
