Covo (BG)

About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Warehouse Specialist (Maternity Leave Replacement) based in Covo (BG), you will play a key operational role within Ferrero’s logistics and distribution network, which serves the Central and Northern Italy area through multiple distribution centers. Reporting to the Network Logistic Services Nord Italia, you will focus on supervising warehouse operations: you will act as a central link between the internal teams, third-party logistics operators and copackers, ensuring data-driven planning, daily performance monitoring and efficient coordination of transport and warehousing activities. This is a hands-on role in a highly dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise warehouse performance and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations managed by third-party logistics providers.
  • Start from data analysis to prepare forecasts and share projections with external operators, supporting the planning and execution of transport activities.
  • Consolidate results, analyze flows, and monitor contract KPIs to ensure alignment with operational and service standards.
  • Support the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Leader by preparing and managing data through Excel-based tools, contributing to shift organization, flow monitoring, and reporting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of warehouse and transport performance by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and proposing corrective actions.

Your role will require regular interaction with multiple internal departments — including Supply Chain, Production, and Quality — as well as external partners. You will ensure clear communication, maintain operational accuracy, and help guarantee that Ferrero’s logistics network operates efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.

About You:

You bring curiosity, precision, and a proactive mindset, along with a Master’s degree in Engineering (Management, Electronics, or Mechanical). You will bring to Ferrero your analytical capabilities, your problem-solving attitude, and your ability to organize and interpret data to guide operational decisions. You are fluent in English, which is mandatory for this role, and you are comfortable working in Excel, using data to build reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

You will bring flexibility, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-moving environment where accuracy and coordination are key. You will bring a collaborative spirit, capable of building strong relationships with internal colleagues and external logistics partners. Your operational approach and attention to detail will help you oversee daily flows, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement. Availability for international mobility is also required, reflecting Ferrero’s global and dynamic organization.

This position is ideal for a junior professional seeking to grow in a multinational supply chain environment, gaining hands-on experience in logistics supervision, data analysis, and warehouse coordination.

If you are ready to take on a dynamic operational challenge and contribute to Ferrero’s excellence in logistics and supply chain management, we invite you to apply and join our team in Covo.
