Labsitters is hiring summer camp counselors for an exciting role in Florence, starting June 2025. Counselors will engage with children through fun activities focused on learning English while enjoying flexible schedules and an immersive training experience.

Labsitters is now hiring enthusiastic, adaptable and reliable summer camp counselors to join our Florence team beginning in June 2025!

Counselors will spend the summer months conducting, participating and entertaining children following a program of exciting and immersive activities to help the children learn English in a range of beautiful locations in Florence.

Our camps operate solely as day camps for children aged 3-13 years. This allows for our counselors to head home at the end of the camp day and return the following morning!

Labsitters summer camps operate in-line with the Italian school holiday period and run from mid- June to mid- September, with a short pause in operations mid August.

Our camp counselors can select the weeks they are available to join us at camp in advance and are provided with fully immersive online and in person training sessions and inductions into the company before camps begin.

Labsitters summer camp counselors are made up from diverse multicultural backgrounds, united by a love of children and a passion for teaching! So you are sure to meet like minded people!

Requirements:

Documentation to work in Italy

Fluent English speakers- Those with native pronunciation is preferable

Experience with children- Teaching, babysitting, mini/junior club entertainers, summer camp counselors

Advantageous but not compulsory :
