The ideal candidate will support M&A transactions and conduct legal analyses while effectively negotiating documents. Proficiency in Italian and English and a minimum of 4 years in relevant legal experience are required. This role emphasizes the ability to perform under pressure and integrate into a structured environment.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of experience in international or large national law firms or legal departments of structured companies.
• Experience in negotiating M&A and capital markets transactions.
